About the Course
In six chapters, six different Rioja wines are covered. Each chapter starts with some reading material, after which you are encouraged to taste, fill out a tasting sheet (a how-to is provided) and post your findings (tasting poll). The chapter ends with the instructors shaing their point of view and tasting sheet.

- Young white wine based on Tempranillo Blanco
- White Viura wine fermented and aged in barrel
- Grenache-based Rosé
- Tempranillo with the carbonic maceration method
